Loader (Warehouse - S Western & Reno)

Warehouse AssociateThis position will perform loading and unloading of products in a safe manner. This is not a supervisory role. Starting Pay: $15.10 per hour. RISE helps employees gain the skills they need for personal and career growth through career guidance, job training, and support for life's challenges.Essential Job Functions:Punctual and dependable attendance.Receiving and unloading the organization's trucks and trailers.Prepare and load equipment for shipment to the stores in trucks and trailers.Maximize vehicle capacity by ensuring efficient loading and unloading.Demonstrates adherence to all policies, procedures and safety practices.Maintain a clean and organized warehouse by sweeping floors, disposing of debris, and ensuring work areas are free of hazards.Able to collaborate and work in a team environment.Provide good customer service.Review and be familiar with Goodwill of Central Oklahoma safety and security policies, programs and procedures and adhere to all safety rules, regulations and safety codes. Must be able to maneuver 200 pounds, pull utility carts on wheels on and off trucks.Work Environment:Works in warehouse environment will be exposed to airborne particles such as dust, mold, dirt and pollen as well as extreme heat and cold.Must be available to work during operating hours as needed for business operations. The work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, holidays which may vary from week to week as well as occasional overtime when approved by management.Moderate noise level.Works 40 hours per week or more when required.Note: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by an employee in this position.
