Independent Cleaning Subcontractors –Evening Shifts Available

Tri-Cities Cleaning Services LLC is looking for dependable independent cleaning subcontractors to assist with residential and commercial cleaning contracts throughout the Tri-Cities area.

We currently have opportunities for:

Full-Time Evening Shift
Part-Time Evening Shift
Part-Time Day Shift
Nights and weekends

What You’ll Do

Clean residential homes or commercial offices, medical facilities, and other professional buildings
Perform general cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitation, trash removal, and disinfecting
Follow detailed cleaning specifications and quality standards
Maintain a professional appearance and provide exceptional service to our clients

We’re Looking For People Who Are:

Reliable and dependable
Detail-oriented
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Professional and customer-focused
Able to pass a background check
Have dependable transportation
Have a smartphone for communication and work assignments

Subcontractor Requirements

Must be legally able to work in the United States
Must provide your own reliable transportation
Cleaning experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right individuals
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform routine cleaning tasks
