Field Service Supervisor

Pay Rate: Salary based on experience

\n

Schedule: Monday–Friday (hours vary between 6:00 AM–6:00 PM)

\n

Location: Trafford, PA 15085

\n

Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Manage a team of 10-15 technicians (hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions)
\n
• Ensure preventative maintenance and system uptime meets contractual requirements
\n
• Spend ~50% of time traveling across the region for field support
\n
• Conduct daily system checks and schedule technicians based on client needs
\n
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and hardware/software issues
\n
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and adjust procedures as needed
\n
• Provide operational and performance status reports
\n
• Manage budgets (expenses, headcount, overtime, and hours)
\n
• Track inventory and submit monthly parts reports
\n
• Train and evaluate technical staff
\n
• Approve timecards, travel, and expenses
\n
• Other duties as assigned
\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot systems
\n
• Strong multitasking and Microsoft Office skills
\n
• Comfortable working outdoors
\n

Requirements:

\n

\n
• Minimum 2 years Field Service Supervisor experience
\n
• High School Diploma or GED required
\n
• Drug and background screening required
\n
• MVR check and reliable transportation required
\n
• Ability to travel on short notice and work overnight shifts as needed
\n
