Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Accountant to join our client's finance team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and strategic value of their financial reporting. This position offers the opportunity to work within a complex, multi-location manufacturing environment, supporting both operational and corporate leadership with critical financial insights. Key Responsibilities Lead monthly financial close processes and prepare consolidated financial statements for assigned divisions. Reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GAAP. Analyze and report significant financial variances against budget and forecast, providing actionable recommendations. Prepare and present a rolling three-month financial forecast to senior leadership each month. Communicate financial information effectively with plant managers, operational teams, and corporate stakeholders. Manage accounting data flow between manufacturing facilities and corporate systems, ensuring integrity and timeliness. Participate in annual budgeting and long-term financial planning processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA (plus). 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within manufacturing or large organizations. Strong knowledge of GAAP and corporate accounting practices. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
