Role Description As an Account Representative, you will be vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You will grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will proactively market relevant products and services to improve the lives of our customers. Responsibilities Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
