Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Full-Time | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards of practice
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, monitoring patients for responses and adverse reactions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate safe and effective patient outcomes
• Accurately document all patient assessments, interventions, and progress in the medical record

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Tennessee or a compact state license
• Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical setting
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Strong critical thinking and time management skills in a fast-paced acute care environment
