This contract opportunity offers the chance to make a real impact across a diverse district spanning 33 schools—primarily elementary settings—while working closely with students with behavioral support needs in special education classrooms.

You’ll have the option to work anywhere from one to five days a week, choosing shifts that fit your schedule through a user-friendly app. Typical work includes classroom aide or 1:1 roles, often collaborating on behavioral intervention plans (BIPs) and occasionally assisting with toileting needs. Schedules vary by school level and are shared with you directly via the app.

To thrive in this role, candidates should have:

• Experience in school settings, particularly supporting students with behavioral needs
• An active substitute or paraprofessional certification for Missouri (DESE), or be in process—must be active prior to start
• Willingness to complete district-specific fingerprinting before starting
• Flexibility to respond to call-outs and work varying school schedules
• Comfort working with behavior intervention and individualized support plans
