You intuitively understand regulation, you’re trauma‑informed, and you can attune to what’s happening beneath the words. You’re not afraid to bring your full, authentic self into the room—whether that means incorporating movement, breathwork, art, or simply being present with someone’s pain in a genuinely human way.
