Job Overview Yamhill County is hiring a therapist for the Family & Youth team at the Willamina school‑based health center. Salary ranges from $5,925 to $8,171 per month, depending on role and experience. Responsibilities Engage with school staff and students to provide mental health services. Offer crisis support and conduct initial assessments. Perform diagnoses and develop service plans. Implement treatment through individual and family therapy. Manage cases and coordinate outreach/consultation with education personnel. Prepare concise and complete client treatment and progress records. Qualifications Behavioral Health Clinician

• Master’s degree in a social services field from an accredited school.
• One year of experience as a Human Services Specialist I or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Must qualify as a Qualified Mental Health Provider (QMHP).

Advanced Practice Behavioral Health Clinician

• Master’s degree in a social services field.
• Three years of post‑master’s clinical experience.
• Active professional license in Oregon as a Qualified Mental Health Provider (QMHP).
• Must have an NPI number or be able to obtain one upon employment.

Preference will be given to applicants with training and experience in evidence‑based practices and intensive mental health and addiction services in a community‑based setting. Successful completion of a background check is required. Benefits 15 paid holidays per year. 19.5 days of Flexible Earned Time (FET) accrual in the first year. PERS (Public Employee Retirement System) – 100% employer funded contributions.
