Community Manager (The Local)

Benefits Employee rent discounts Access to all Mark‑Taylor amenities Employee appreciation events Opportunities for career growth 401(k) with robust company match Paid time off, sick time, holidays, and volunteer time Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits Compensation $1,000 Sign‑On Bonus Base pay: $70,000‑$80,000 per year Bonuses based on achievement of operational metrics Requirements 3+ years of people‑management experience 2+ years of Community Manager experience in a multifamily setting Demonstrated coaching and development ability BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience Financial acumen and high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication skills and professional presence Experience using ResMan, Yardi, or similar platforms is especially desirable Basic understanding of written and verbal English In This Role You Will Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and monitoring aged delinquency. Prepare and review monthly financial reports with forecasting and a proactive plan for the asset’s financial performance. Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning. Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes.
