Senior Relationship Manager
Location: Orange County, California (Irvine/Anaheim area)

A well-established regional commercial bank is expanding its commercial lending team and is seeking an experienced relationship-focused banker with a proven ability to develop new commercial relationships.

Responsibilities
- Develop new commercial banking relationships
- Grow deposits and commercial loan portfolios
- Manage existing business banking clients
- Identify cross-sell opportunities
- Build referral networks throughout the market
- Partner with credit and treasury management teams

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of Business Banking or Commercial Banking experience
- Demonstrated business development success
- Active commercial client portfolio
- Strong local market relationships
- Commercial lending experience

- Proven ability to originate new business
- Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset

Compensation
