Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active OT license (or eligibility for licensure) in Florida
• Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Ability to connect with students in Kindergarten, elementary, and high school settings
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
• Flexibility to adapt to a changing environment and caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and implement therapy sessionsindividually and in small groups
• Develop customized intervention plans to facilitate student growth and participation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff for optimal student outcomes
• Document progress, create reports, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
• Adapt to in-person and, if desired, hybrid working arrangements
