Payroll Analyst

Payroll Analyst (In-Office) Join a payroll, HR, and accounting team where your expertise directly impacts 1,800+ employees across the US and Canada. This role offers real ownership over the payroll lifecycle — from processing to compliance to process improvement. Responsibilities Process and audit bi-weekly/semi-monthly US and Canadian payroll (multi-state, multi-provincial) Manage employee transactions: salary changes, benefit deductions, garnishments, leaves of absence, terminations, and stock/equity payments Onboard employees from Workday into ADP Workforce Now, ensuring proper system access Review timecards and resolve pay discrepancies before payroll finalization Partner with HR and Tax on 401(k)/RRSP administration, workers' comp, and audits Maintain SOX 404 controls for US and Canadian payroll Provide system training and support to employees and managers Recommend and implement process improvements Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 4+ years processing US multi-state, multi-cycle payroll 2+ years processing Canadian multi-provincial payroll ADP Workforce Now experience highly desired Workday/HCM and SAP experience a plus CPP certification preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills No sponsorship, you must be a US Citizen, permanent resident or Greencard Holder. #J-18808-Ljbffr Southwest Accounting Resources, Inc
