As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience by bridging the gap between our service center and our customers' busy lives.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for the safety and satisfaction of our passengers while supporting our shop operations:Customer Transportation: Safely transport customers to and from their homes, workplaces, or other designated locations in a timely manner while their vehicles are being serviced.Customer Service: Provide excellent, professional service to every passenger to maintain high service department standards.Logistics & Communication: Coordinate effectively with the service department for pick-up and drop-off times and keep accurate records of passenger names and destinations.Shop Support: Retrieve parts and tires from the warehouse for the shop as needed.Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain a clean, well-kept shuttle vehicle and adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.Benefits & CompensationWe value our team members and offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your career and well-being:Work-Life Balance: Monday- Friday Schedule 8a-5pFinancial Security: Weekly pay and a 401(k) retirement plan with a company match.Perks: Employee discounts on tires and automotive services.Are you ready to drive your career forward with Thomas Tire & Automotive?
