We are seeking an experienced Canvassing Manager to lead, develop, and inspire our team of door-to-door marketing professionals. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated leader who is passionate about sales, team building, and delivering measurable results in the home improvement industry.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading and managing a successful canvassing or sales team.

• Previous door-to-door sales or canvassing experience required.

• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.

• Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational abilities.

• Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed goals.

• Experience tracking KPIs and holding team members accountable for performance.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Physically capable of walking 3-5 miles per day while supporting field activities.

• Confidence engaging homeowners and generating qualified appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and manage canvassing territories throughout the Grand Rapids and surrounding West Michigan area to maximize lead generation opportunities.

• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a team of canvassers.

• Lead daily field activities that generate qualified appointments for our industry-leading bathroom remodeling services.

• Monitor team performance, track key metrics, and drive continuous improvement.

• Train team members on company messaging, sales presentations, and appointment-setting techniques.

• Ensure accurate collection of customer information and lead data.

• Assist with local marketing initiatives, community outreach, and social media promotion.

• Foster a positive, high-energy culture focused on growth and success.
