About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Sales for the Nordic region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a growing sales organization across Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway, as well as a network of distributors. This role involves not only the management of the sales team but also the direct handling of sales for key accounts or projects. The Head of Sales will be expected to conduct regular steering meetings, align with the regional head on market development, and ensure that the team is equipped with up-to-date information on the product portfolio. Additionally, the role includes planning and participating in customer events and staying abreast of the latest developments in the industry to effectively introduce them to the team and customers. The ideal candidate for the Head of Sales position should have a technical sales background, experience in team management, and a proven track record in leadership. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, with proficiency in English and at least one Nordic language. The role requires a highly motivated, organized individual who is a self-starter and can act independently. A willingness to travel within the Nordic region and across Europe is also necessary.
