RN, Clinical Coordinator - Saint Luke's East

Job Description Saint Luke's East is looking for a Clinical Coordinator to join the team! This position will support CVRU, Medical Specialty, and Intermediate Float Pool. Schedule 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday–Friday. Qualifications BSN BLS Certification MO RN license One year of applicable experience Basic Life Support (American Heart Association or Red Cross) and Registered Nurse (various) Bachelor's Degree Responsibilities Onboard RNs and NAs. Assist the Clinical Nurse Manager in supervising, planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating day‑to‑day operations of the unit. Serve as a positive, professional role model exhibiting clinical leadership, independent judgment, and decision‑making skills. Act as a resource for staff in maintaining departmental records, scheduling staff development, and other special projects. Serve as a clinical resource and change agent for staff in promoting and supporting the professional practice environment. Develop, promote, and provide follow‑up on patient care and quality initiatives. Candidates with previous leadership experience in a healthcare setting are encouraged to apply.
