You will work with a diverse patient population, helping individuals improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatmentsDevelop and adjust individualized care plans based on patient progressDocument patient care, treatment outcomes, and discharge planningCommunicate patient status with physicians and the healthcare teamSupervise Physical Therapist AssistantsProvide home exercise programs and patient/family educationRotate through treatment areas as neededParticipate in staff meetings, continuing education, and professional developmentMay serve as a clinical instructor for PT students and residentsGraduate of an accredited program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Must possess knowledge and skills required to provide quality customer service. Outpatient experience, preferred Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: Active license in practicing state required. CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire.
