Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Summary: The Physical Therapist is a qualified person who directs, supervises, evaluates, and provides Physical Therapy services to patients in the acute, swing, skilled nursing and outpatient settings as prescribed and ordered by the attending physician. Location:
- You may be requested to travel between the two offices situated in Quincy, CA, and Greenville, CA.
- Base Rate: #-# per hour (or #45,475.20-#7,412.85 annually)
- Starting pay is determined using our clinical pay scales, which feature 13 steps recognizing up to 30 years of relevant experience.
- Eligible employees may also receive shift differential and holiday pay
- Hiring Incentive: #0,000.00
- Housing Stipend: #,500/month relocation assistance for 3 months, if you do not currently have housing available within 35 miles of PDH and need to relocate to accept the offered position"

- May work across inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing departments
- Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy.
- Must hold current California Physical Therapy License.
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS Certification, approved by the AHA.
- Passed the National Physical Therapist Examination (NPTE).
- Compliant with state regulatory requirements.
- 1+ year experience in acute care, swing bed/skilled nursing, or outpatient setting.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Compassionate and attentive to detail.
- Possess up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices.
- Ability to solve problems independently or know when to rely on others.
- Excellent analytical and logical thinking.
