$18 to $25/hour Caregiver/C.N.A./RNA/MA for Team Leader & Coordinator Position. 

Roseville, Lincoln, & Placer County.  

Greetings to you all!

My name is Lisa, and I am posting here today with the hope of meeting four special people — but more on that in a minute.

I am a nurse-turned nurse practitioner, turned nurse entrepreneur, with a lifelong passion and expertise in caring for older adults.

There is a story behind my work. I have always worked in geriatric medicine, and I think that is because I have what many people call an “old soul.” I naturally connected with seniors and always felt at home in their presence. My career as a geriatric nurse practitioner with a large medical group in Sacramento only deepened my devotion to helping seniors age well at home while also supporting their families. For the last 20 years, I helped build and lead a post-hospital home-based medical house call program.

Over the years, I witnessed firsthand the many challenges families face while caring for aging loved ones, along with the shortcomings of our healthcare system. That experience ultimately compelled me to “jump ship” and create my own very high-quality concierge caregiving company.

I saw how difficult it could be to find reliable, trustworthy, affordable, and truly life-enhancing home care. So, I decided to build the kind of company I wished existed — one that bridges the gaps in healthcare while also creating a positive and enriching workplace where team members feel valued and supported.

Today, I own and operate a private-pay geriatric wellness and chronic illness caregiving service based in Roseville, and that is why I am looking for 3–4 amazing people to join my team and help care for my wonderful clients.

My clients are retired executives and busy professional families seeking exceptional care for their aging loved ones.

I am currently hiring for full-time TEAM LEADER & CAREGIVING COORDINATOR positions with benefits. I am looking for individuals with HEART, PASSION, and genuine compassion for the elderly.

These positions are ideal for allied health students, experienced CNAs, or individuals building careers in healthcare and related professions.

I will be hosting several hiring sessions over the next week and look forward to meeting you.
