We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room RN to provide care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions, from minor injuries to critical illnesses. The RN will assess patients, prioritize care, and work closely with physicians and the healthcare team in a fast-paced emergency setting.

Responsibilities

• Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Prioritize multiple patients and manage changing care needs.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide discharge instructions and follow-up care recommendations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute-care ER RN experience ; critical-care experience may also be considered.
• Active Florida RN license, multistate license, or ability to obtain the required license before starting.
• RN Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required before employment.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 90 days of starting.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required within 90 days of starting.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification required within 90 days of starting.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $29.92–$44.88 per hour, based on experience.
• Night shift differential: $3/hour.
• Weekend differential: $2/hour.
• Specialty pay: $2.50/hour.
