Project Administrator/Billing Specialist

Where is the work: On-Site (5 days) Responsibilities: Issue invoices to customers for T&M, contacts, and quoted projects Issue monthly customer statements and A/R follow up Process credit memos, as necessary Update customer files with contact/billing information Submit invoices through customer invoicing website, portal or via email, per customer request. Perform data entry and administrative duties, as necessary Qualifications: Previousaccounts receivableexperience Ability to prioritize and multitask Strong organizational skills Deadline and detail-oriented Positive and professional demeanor Interact professionally with customer via verbal and written communication Ability to work independently Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $53,136.66 - $86,000.00 Compensation Type: Exception Hourly Incentive Eligible: No Sales Commission Eligible: No Disclaimer : We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
