Barback PositionSummaryResponsible for maintaining stock, assisting during service, and providing go-to support for all your bartenders' needs.ResponsibilitiesProvides excellent guest service.Adheres to all ABC regulations.Ensures cleanliness of the operation and adherence to all state and federal health codes.Reports to bartender on duty at scheduled bar.Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of bar.Prepares all mixes and garnishes.Stocks all glassware, condiments, beer, paper products, and other necessary items needed for efficient operation.Assists bartender in preparation of drinks as necessary.Fills in for bartender's breaks as necessary.NoteThis description incorporates the most typical duties performed. Requires normal sense of smell, taste, touch, and sound.Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
