Seeking experienced Medical Receptionst/Scheduler to work full-time (35-40 hrs per week) at Ada Dermatology. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer and computer skills, medical office experience, a good understanding of health insurance processes. As well as the ability to create a warm, friendly and professional environment. Applicants should also have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be organized.  This position offers a generous starting wage and benefit package.

Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Answering multiple phone lines
• Scheduling appointments for 5 medical providers
• Chart prep
• Checking in and checking out of patients
• Insurance verification
• Collecting payments and reconciling end of day reports
• General office duties and other tasks as assigned

This position is requires thorough attention to detail, problem solving and dedication to provide excellent service to our patients.
