Medical Receptionist Scheduler

Job Description
Seeking experienced Medical Receptionst/Scheduler to work full-time (35-40 hrs per week) at Ada Dermatology. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer and computer skills, medical office experience, a good understanding of health insurance processes. As well as the ability to create a warm, friendly and professional environment. Applicants should also have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be organized. This position offers a generous starting wage and benefit package.
Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Answering multiple phone lines
- Scheduling appointments for 5 medical providers
- Chart prep
- Checking in and checking out of patients
- Insurance verification
- Collecting payments and reconciling end of day reports
- General office duties and other tasks as assigned
This position is requires thorough attention to detail, problem solving and dedication to provide excellent service to our patients.
Reliability and flexibility are essential.
