Maternal Fetal Medicine opening in Fargo, ND - Visa EligibleLocated in Fargo, ND - Minneapolis, MN 240 milesFull-time; PermanentEmployedH1B Visa Assistance Overview: Seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician Consultation-based MFM practice embedded within OB/GYN clinic Work in a state-of-the-art birthing center with remodeled facilities Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OB/GYN physicians, CNMs, NPs, MFM nurses, sonographers, diabetic educator, and genetic counselor Large referral base with high-risk maternal and fetal population Level III NICU with private rooms 4-5 day work week (8am–5pm) with no call requirements Average 10 patients per day in clinic Low procedural volume (2-4/month) with 5-10 inpatient consults per month Over 1,200 deliveries annually within the system--- Compensation & Benefits: Base salary: $617,008 plus additional incentives Bonus, quality, and production-based compensation opportunities Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage Retirement plan (401k) with employer contributions CME and professional development support Flexible scheduling and generous paid time off Wellness programs supporting physical and mental health Stable, growing health system with strong support infrastructure--- About the Area:Fargo is a thriving, family-friendly community located on the border of North Dakota and Minnesota.
