CNC Lathe Programmer

We are hiring a full-time, permanent CNC Lathe Machinist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will work under minimal supervision to program, set up, and operate a Doosan LYNX2100LSYB CNC Lathe to fabricate high-precision production parts.  If you have at least 5 years of experience with CNC lathe programming and machine setup, and want a stable, long-term job with a world-class industrial manufacturer, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate a Doosan LYNX2100LSYB CNC Lathe to fabricate production parts with minimal supervision.
• Perform complete job-specific setups, including tooling, inserts, and automatic bar feed adjustments.
• Interpret blueprints and existing CNC programs to ensure parts meet precise technical specifications.
• Conduct periodic inspections on part output using precision instruments like dial calipers, indicators, and micrometers.
• Monitor, record, and execute tool wear offsets and geometry changes to maintain part accuracy.
• Troubleshoot machining errors and implement recommendations to reduce cycle times and achieve "drop complete" manufacturing.
• Maintain machine performance levels to support unattended operations during shifts and "lights out" production.
• Coordinate with Team Leads and Shift Supervisors to communicate production status and maximize shift handoff efficiency.
• Perform minor machine maintenance and keep accurate production and record-keeping sheets.
• Strict adherence to all company quality policies, safety protocols, and standard operating instructions.
