Job Responsibilities Serve food and beverage to guests according to orders or banquet menu Maintain knowledge of menu items and all other offerings Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events Replenish food and beverage products Adhere to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines, including checking guests’ identification Provide excellent customer service and anticipate guests’ needs Break down and clean/sanitize food service areas, workstations, and equipment Maintain a positive demeanor toward guests, customers, clients, co‑workers, etc. Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation Ensure security of company assets Qualifications Previous experience as a server or in a food service role preferred Excellent customer service skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures Must be able to obtain a food safety certification Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Physical Demands This role may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. Uniforms and/or personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.
