Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery

The Registered Nurse (RN) in Labor & Delivery provides comprehensive nursing care to laboring, delivering, and immediate postpartum patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity hospital setting. This role requires strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently. The RN collaborates closely with obstetric providers, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and evidence-based patient care throughout the labor and birth process. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new workflows and electronic medical records are essential. The RN should have experience managing routine and high-risk obstetric patients and demonstrate the ability to support labor through effective coaching. Caring for 2 patients during labor and birth and managing patients on Antepartum with levels of care to ensure patient safety and comfort are key responsibilities. The RN is expected to thrive in a dynamic environment, contributing to a team committed to excellence in obstetric care.
