Senior Product Designer (UI Focus) Reston, VA (Hybrid) Must-Have Skills 5 7+ years of Product Design / UX/UI Design experience Strong UI/Visual Design portfolio (Modern, Clean, Accessible) Experience designing complex, data-heavy dashboards Strong Product Design mindset Expertise in Design Thinking & Human-Centered Design Experience creating: Information Architecture User Flows Wireframes Interactive Prototypes High-Fidelity UI Designs Hands-on experience with: Figma Zeplin Dscout Lyssna Miro (Preferred) Experience conducting: User Interviews Focus Groups Usability Testing A/B Testing Strong understanding of: Design Systems Responsive Design Accessibility (WCAG) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers Experience using AI tools for wireframing and rapid prototyping Preferred Background Experience designing products in one or more of: EdTech FinTech HealthTech Enterprise SaaS Responsibilities Lead UX/UI design from discovery through delivery. Design modern, intuitive, and accessible user experiences. Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI designs. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers. Contribute to and maintain Design Systems. Design responsive web and mobile experiences. Present design concepts and influence product strategy. Mentor junior designers and participate in design reviews. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5 7+ years of Product Design experience Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI expertise (Portfolio link is mandatory) Experience with responsive web applications Strong knowledge of accessibility standards Authorized to work in the United States Interview Process 30-minute Video Interview 45-minute Team Interview Portfolio Review is Mandatory (Include portfolio link/password if applicable) #J-18808-Ljbffr GlobalPoint
