Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and technology‑savvy Marketing & Creative Coordinator to support the execution of Ethixbase360's global marketing initiatives. This hands‑on role spans content creation, graphic design, social media management, marketing operations, webinar administration, event support, and AI‑powered content development. Key Responsibilities Canva Design & Content Creation (25%) Design and produce eBooks, whitepapers, presentations, social media graphics, LinkedIn banners, infographics, sales collateral, and other marketing assets. Create event and sponsorship materials including banners, signage, advertisements, booth graphics, and promotional collateral. Ensure all assets align with Ethixbase360's brand standards and visual identity. Support content creation and formatting across blogs, newsletters, customer stories, and WordPress website content. Social Media & Content Distribution (20%) Manage Ethixbase360's social media channels, primarily LinkedIn. Create, schedule, publish, and monitor social media content. Repurpose webinars, blogs, reports, and thought leadership into engaging social media campaigns. Monitor engagement and provide regular social media performance reporting. Marketing Operations & Analytics (20%) Build and deploy marketing emails, landing pages, forms, and workflows in HubSpot. Support lead management, reporting, and campaign tracking across HubSpot and Salesforce. Maintain website content and digital assets in WordPress. Monitor and report on campaign performance, including email, website, social media, and content engagement metrics. Assist with database management and marketing reporting. Support budget tracking and vendor onboarding. Webinar Administration & Support (15%) Set up and manage webinars using GoToWebinar. Build registration pages and attendee communications. Provide live webinar administration and support during events. Produce webinar reports and support post‑event follow‑up activities. AI‑Powered Content Development (10%) Leverage AI tools such as Claude, Canva AI, and similar technologies to improve marketing productivity. Transform webinars, reports, blogs, and long‑form content into derivative content formats including social posts, email campaigns, presentations, graphics, and website content. Develop prompts, workflows, and templates to support efficient content production. Events, Sponsorships & Marketing Administration (10%) Support conference, event, and sponsorship logistics. Create event banners, booth graphics, signage, and promotional materials. Coordinate with vendors, agencies, event organizers, and external partners. Track marketing budgets and maintain expenditure records. Process and track vendor invoices and marketing‑related expenses. Maintain project plans, marketing calendars, and operational documentation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field. 1‑3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, or a related role. Strong Canva and graphic design skills with experience creating professional marketing collateral. Experience managing corporate social media channels, particularly LinkedIn. Hands‑on experience with HubSpot, including email marketing, landing pages, forms, and reporting. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM. Experience in WordPress or similar CMS. Experience supporting webinars using GoToWebinar or similar platforms. Experience using AI‑powered tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar technologies. Strong written communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global teams. Additional Information This role sits within the Global Marketing team and reports directly to the Head of Global Content & Brand. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across marketing, sales, product, and customer‑facing teams globally. The role may be required to undertake additional duties as directed by the manager and the company.
