Salesforce AI Developer

Leading the design and implementation of AI-powered automation, the full-time remote Agentforce Developer will architect and deploy Agentforce agents and workflows within the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to enhance advisor and client experiences. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and deploy Agentforce agents to automate advisor workflows and client service activities Integrate Agentforce with MuleSoft APIs and external data feeds to extend agent functionality Implement Salesforce Einstein features to deliver actionable insights and recommendations for advisors Required Qualifications 2+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow) Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, or similar conversational AI technologies Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and large language model behavior in enterprise environments Ability to design within Salesforce's security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules) Proven skill in translating complex advisor workflows into structured agent-driven action sequences
