Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee operations of a housing community on-site. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration while ensuring compliance with safety and fair housing guidelines. Responsibilities include staffing, budgeting, marketing, and resident relations to maximize occupancy and NOI.
