Remote Regional Sales Director - Life Insurance

AON is looking for a Regional Sales Director in Atlantic, Iowa. This role focuses on acquiring and growing relationships with new brokers as well as managing existing accounts. The position also involves directing production goals and marketing initiatives in a fully remote capacity with travel opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and relationship management within the life insurance industry, with earning potential exceeding $250,000 based on performance. We offer a competitive salary, PTO, and health and wellness programs.
