Strategic Sourcing Specialist

To support Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients, the full-time remote Strategic Sourcing Specialist will deliver market intelligence, manage supplier relationships, and execute sourcing strategies while collaborating with internal teams and clients. Key responsibilities Provide market trend analysis and report findings to stakeholders in a client-ready format Manage RFP processes, including bid leveling and supplier recommendations using Excel and PowerPoint Ensure compliance with sourcing policies and coordinate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management on contractual terms Required qualifications Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and 5+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience Proven project management and business transition experience preferred Strong analytical skills and ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications Ability to work Eastern Standard Time hours
