Echo Ultrasound Tech - Cardiac Sonographer

Join our team as an Echo Ultrasound Tech / Cardiac Sonographer / Echo Technologist and use your expertise to operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, compassionately prepare patients for echocardiogram procedure, and produce detailed images of the heart for interpretation by healthcare teams.

Minimum Requirements:

• National certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
• 2 years of experience
• BLS certification
• 2 years of acute care Echo experience
• Must be comfortable doing pediatric scans
• Experience assisting with pericardiocentesis and other procedures
• Experience measuring accurate ejection fractions

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800-1830
• 40 hours per week
• On call required, including 1 night call shift per week through 0700 the following morning
• 30-minute response time when on call
• Weekend rotation is not required at this time
• Call only on major holidays, with possible call coverage for 50% of holidays during the contract
• Modified self-scheduling, with final manager approval
