Radar System EngineerResponsibilities:Strong background in weather radar and weather radar data processingLink budget creation and analysisRadar system simulation and analysisDevelopment of System Requirements and Subsystem Requirements Flowdown (Hardware, Firmware, Software)Compliance MatrixVerification Plans for System and SubsystemsVerification TestingSchedule development and maintenance, create work arounds to keep programs on scheduleSoftware/Firmware System Architecture, Block Diagrams, Flow Charts and VerificationStay abreast of new technology publications, competitor products and originate articles promoting the company and professional capabilitiesSeek out and submit proposals for new business to grow the R&D baseGrow team through new hires, as sales permit, and proactive mentoring and trainingRequirements:Engineering Master's degree with emphasis in remote sensing and 10 years of relevant experienceBecause of our company size and limited experience, this position must work in the office a minimum of 40 hours/5 days per week.US citizen
