About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Total Rewards to lead the design and implementation of integrated compensation, benefits, retirement, and wellness programs for a large and diverse workforce. This high-impact role is pivotal in shaping a market-driven total rewards philosophy that aligns with the company's mission and supports the recruitment and retention of a world-class workforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of professionals, managing a significant operating budget, and working closely with senior leaders to navigate complex strategic and operational issues.
