Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and reassess patient needs.
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy targeting activities of daily living, mobility, cognition, and fine motor skills.
- Document progress and outcomes in the resident’s medical record per policy and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and discharge planning.
- Maintain patient safety, infection control, and compliance with applicable regulations.
