Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders within a school setting
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and track student progress toward goals
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy strategies into classroom activities
• Maintain accurate documentation for assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports
• Provide both direct and consultative services, adapting techniques to meet each student's needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and share recommendations for appropriate accommodations or modifications

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous experience in a school environment highly preferred
• Strong understanding of special education procedures and IEP processes
• Demonstrated ability in organizing caseloads and managing time effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
