Advanced Practice Provider - Outpatient Clinic, Family Medicine, New London Hospital

New London Hospital (NLH) is seeking an experienced and energetic Family Practice or Internal Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to join our Primary Care practice. In addition to autonomously providing primary care services to patients of all ages, each team includes physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and medical assistants—all working together to provide seamless, high‑quality care. This position requires 2+ years of primary care provider experience.
