Dragoneer Empire is expanding its market presence in palm bay, Florida and all across central florida and is seeking motivated, goal-oriented individuals to join our business -to business field sales team. This entry-level role is designed for individuals who want hands-on sales experience, professional development, and performance-based career growth.
As a Territory Sales Representative , you will engage directly with business owners in assigned neighborhoods to present, educate, and enroll customers in our clients’ products and services. This role offers structured training, daily coaching, and a clear advancement path into leadership and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business -to business outreach within assigned territories
- Represent company clients professionally and ethically (AT&T)
- Initiate conversations with business owners and build rapport
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Clearly explain products, pricing, and service options
- Overcome objections and close sales in a face-to-face setting
- Track daily activity, appointments, and results
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance
- Collaborate with leadership and team members to drive results
Training & Development
- Paid onboarding and structured sales training
- Daily field coaching and mentorship
- Ongoing development in communication, leadership, and negotiation

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with new people daily
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven
- Ability to work outdoors and on your feet

- Reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical & Work Requirements
