Estimator
Green Key Resources
Assist in reviewing Request for Proposal (RFP) specifications, drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings to understand project scope. Support in preparing cost estimates and performing quantity takeoffs under senior team guidance. Help organize and maintain estimate documentation and files. Work with senior estimators, project managers, architects, and engineers to gather cost and feasibility data. Assist with contract monitoring, including change orders and material procurement. Perform other tasks as assigned while learning best practices in estimating. Qualifications Familiarity with blueprints and ability to read plans At least 3 - 5 years' of estimating experience preferred Proficient in Accubid or similar estimating software #J-18808-Ljbffr
