8:00am - 4:30pm

A leading equipment manufacturing company is seeking a hands-on Receiving Department Lead . In this role, you will coordinate daily inbound material activities, manage inventory accuracy, and guide a small warehouse team to ensure efficient and organized material flow in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities for a Receiving Team Lead

Assign daily work schedules, guide team activities, and train warehouse staff.
Receive, verify, and put away inbound materials against purchase orders and packing slips; manage off-site storage movements.
Perform ERP system transactions for receipts and transfers; conduct cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
Collaborate with the shipping department for dock utilization.
Maintain a safe, clean workspace.
Additional Responsibilities As Needed.

Qualifications for a Receiving Team Lead

3-5 years in receiving, warehousing, or material handling related roles.
Experience operator forklifts and pallet jacks.
Experience using ERP systems.
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
Ability to Climb, Sit, Stand, Walk and Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Excellent On-Time Attendance Record.
Excellent Attention to Detail
Ability to Communicate Effectively in English.
Bilingual in Spanish a plus!
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
