Position Details * Role: Certified Maintenance Technician * Location: Houston, TX 77076 * Pay: $22-23/hr * Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8a-5p * Start Date: Immediate * Opportunity Type: Contract or Contract‑to‑Hire Responsibilities * Complete work orders efficiently and professionally * Perform skilled maintenance tasks, including: o HVAC troubleshooting and repair (EPA certification required) o Electrical repairs o Plumbing repairs o Appliance diagnostics and repair o Carpentry and general maintenance * Assist with unit turns and make‑ready preparation * Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities * Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude * Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards Requirements * EPA or HVAC certification required * Previous apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred * Strong knowledge of general and advanced maintenance functions * Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independentl #BGC BG Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
