Overview Hands On Experience Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive and ICM developing customer communications. Theoretical / Practical understanding of Inspire Scaler. Creating communications using Tickets through Quadient Interactive. Guide the business content authors / users towards ticketing experience Understanding of ADA and developing correspondences to be ADA Compliance Experience with Application Interfaces. Design Thinking. Understanding knowledge of API’s, Microservices, Java scripts. Certification on Quadient is a plus Understanding of Integrations with Linux and Windows Systems. Migration of versions from lower version to higher version (For e.g. 16 to 23 etc On-prem). Design, Configure, Develop, and Support Quadient applications Using agile methodologies, partner with product owners to understand business needs, gather requirements, and develop solutions to deliver the desired customer experience. Work / aid towards QA/UAT/Performance Testing and perform production tech checkouts Should be ready to jump in and resolve incidents from production if any.
