Additional Details Required Skills/Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience as a pediatric cardiac sonographer.Must have recent experience in a large pediatric academic medical center.Experience scanning complex congenital heart disease and surgically repaired congenital heart defects.Experience completing full measurements and writing comprehensive reports. Required Credentials:Completion of a cardiac sonographer program. Special Requests:No RTO approved within the first two weeks of assignment. Unit Details:Uses GE and Philips ultrasound machines and the Syngo Dynamics reporting system. Shift & Scheduling:5x8s with variable start times (7:00 AM, 7:30 AM, 8:00 AM, or 9:00 AM if on call).Weekend shifts may be required as part of regularly scheduled hours.Weeknight call rotation: 2-3 weeknights per month, 5:30 PM – 7:00 AM.Option to work 4x10s during weeks with approved requested time off. Floating Requirements:Primary location is the main campus; may be asked to cover shifts across the system of care (North, South, Uptown, Wheatridge).Reliable vehicle required for travel between system-of-care locations.
