Villas Maintenance Technician

Marriott is seeking a Villas Maintenance Technician to support our accommodations and facilities. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on villas, guest rooms, and common areas, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair. You’ll respond to work orders, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure all safety and brand standards are met. Working closely with the engineering and operations teams, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests while documenting work performed and assisting with vendor coordination as needed.
