Structural Steel Project Manager

Project Manager - Structural Steel Erection We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee structural steel erection projects from award through completion. This position will be responsible for coordinating field operations, equipment, materials, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of client satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of structural steel erection and be comfortable managing multiple priorities while monitoring costs, productivity, and overall project performance. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple structural steel erection projects from award through completion Review blueprints, specifications, budgets, and contract documents Coordinate equipment, materials, subcontractors, and field operations Set up and manage projects using project management software Prepare purchase orders and subcontracts Meet regularly with clients and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle Monitor project costs, productivity, cash flow, and financial forecasts Assist with project billings and cash flow management Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and project partners Requirements At least 5 years of Project Management experience Strong understanding of structural steel erection Structural steel Project Management experience preferred Experience reading and interpreting construction documents Experience using Bluebeam and Microsoft Office On-Screen Takeoff (OST) experience would be advantageous Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment and demonstrating leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr Novax Recruitment Group
