PCIS( Process control and Intrumentation ) Engineer

Should have worked as an Instrumentation and Control Design Engineer developing engineering design packages for industrial plants. Should have Knowledge in specifying process plant instruments and hands on experience in selection of instrumentation. Selection and design of controls and hardware for control and monitoring process plant instrumentation. Instrumentation knowledge and experience - set-up, calibration verification, adjustments, etc. Fisher Valves, Micro Motion Flowmeters, Rosemount transmitters, E+H Flowmeters and Transmitter, Rockwell control and communication system and Allen Bradly VFDs Prepare Instrument Datasheets, IO Lists, Instrument List, Wiring Diagrams and Engineering Information. Knowledge in PLC and SCADA systems for industrial networks. Experienced in LV Electrical Distribution Design Power Distribution Panels, Motor Control Centers for process plants in compliance with NEC. Knowledge on Machine Safety - CAT 3 wiring. Knowledge on control panel design as per UL508A. Previous experience with MCC's, VFD's, electrical troubleshooting, electrical schematics Previous work experience in system commissioning and validation would be a plus.
