What You'll Do Assist in leading the day-to-day operations of the branch Coach, mentor, and develop branch employees to achieve service and performance goals Foster a positive, customer-first culture focused on relationship building and exceptional service Support business development efforts through customer engagement and referral generation Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Assist with scheduling, performance management, and workflow coordination Resolve customer concerns and provide support for complex transactions Partner with the Branch Manager to drive branch growth and overall performance What You Bring: High School diploma, or equivalent. College coursework preferred. 2-5 years previous retail banking experience required Supervisory, management, or leadership experience preferred Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Strong operational and organizational skills Commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience Demonstrated initiative and ability to sell and cross sell products and services to build and deepen customer relationships. WORKING CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to remain in a standing position for long periods of time (50% of the time) The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. Bending required to access the coin vault, ATM and night drop. Ability to work at other branch locations based on business need. Ability to work a schedule that includes evenings and weekends and flexibility during the week. Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds. We are an equal opportunity employer.
